Before we begin work, our team will conduct an assessment of your space to determine if any extra time is required (e.g. due to condition of kitchen, bathrooms, clutter, special surfaces, etc.). We will always communicate any additional time or cost before starting so you know exactly what to expect. 

We promise to work hard to deliver excellent results. 

What’s Not Included  

• Outdoor area, external windows, carpet, couch/cushion washing, and laundry are not included (unless added)
• Stain removal is extra.

Cancellation Policy for Deep Clean Toronto

1. Notice Required
   Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a booked cleaning service without penalty. 
2. Late Cancellation Fee
   If a cancellation or rescheduling occurs less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time, a fee of 50% of the service cost will apply. 
3. Same-Day Cancellations & Access Issues
   Cancelling on the same day as your appointment, or being unavailable at the location/access issues (no entry, locked out, etc.), will incur a fee of 100% of the scheduled service. 
4. How to Cancel / Reschedule
   Cancellation or rescheduling requests should be made via phone or email to our office. Please include your name, appointment date and time. We will confirm receipt of the cancellation. 
5. Refunds
   Advance payments or deposits may be retained as part of late or same-day cancellation fees. If full payment has already been made for a service not canceled in time, we may issue a credit toward a future service (at our discretion).
